2. 体験中の説明は日本語で行われます。日本語を話されないお客様とは、スマートフォンの翻訳アプリなどを使用してコミュニケーションをとらせていただきます。
3. 道具のレンタルのみのサービスは行っておりません。体験への参加には、プログラム全体への参加が必要です。
4. 体験日の前日までに、メッセージやお電話でご連絡が取れない場合、ご予約はキャンセルとなります。
5. ご予約は、お支払いの完了をもって確定となります。プライベート予約をご希望のお客様は、事前のお支払いが必要です。お支払いが完了していない場合、ご予約を確保することはできません。お支払いの完了をもって、正式な予約確定となります。
Precautions when making a reservation1. Please contact us in advance if you have difficulty communicating in Japanese. If we are unable to accommodate you in Japanese, your experience will be switched to a private booking. For private bookings, an additional fee will be charged: 30% of the standard rate, or 40% during peak season (June–October).
2. Explanations during the experience are provided in Japanese. If you do not speak Japanese, we will use tools such as mobile phone translation apps to communicate.
3. We do not offer equipment rentals only. Participation requires joining the full experience.
4. Your reservation will be cancelled if we are unable to reach you via message or phone by the day before the scheduled experience.
5. Your reservation is confirmed only after the payment has been completed. For guests who require a private booking, advance payment is mandatory. Unpaid bookings cannot be secured. Once the payment is completed, your booking will be officially confirmed.
キャンセルポリシーご予約をキャンセルされる場合は、速やかにご連絡ください。当日の天候に関するキャンセルはキャンセル料は発生しませんが、必ずご連絡ください。お客様のご都合によりキャンセルされる場合、下記のキャンセル料を申し受けます。

No cancellation fee applies to cancellations due to weather conditions on the day of the reservation, but please be sure to contact us. Cancellations made for personal reasons will incur the following fees:
Day before: 100% of the reservation fee
Day of / No-show: 100% of the reservation fee
Please also notify us promptly regarding any changes to the schedule or number of guests. Please note that we may not be able to accommodate your request depending on the season or booking status. *Please be aware that the customer is responsible for any costs associated with cancellation fees.
